Day one on your phone

Your system is also an app. On your Launch Call, a 60-minute call, we go through everything live, and you log in. At go-live, your login arrives by email, so you have it in writing.

Get the app on your phone

1. Download the LeadConnector app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in with the email address and password from your SwitchPoint invitation.

That's the same email and password you use on the web at app.getswitchpoint.com. Everything is in the same app on your desktop and your phone.

Forgot your password?

Use "Forgot password" on the login page. The reset email comes from SwitchPoint Services. If it hasn't arrived in a few minutes, check your spam folder.

What works from day one

Calls, chat and email work from day one. Texts under your business name start when the carriers approve your number. We submit it for you with everything they ask for.

What to check first

• Conversations. Every text, chat and missed-call text-back lands here. Open any conversation and answer from the app.
• Calendars. Your bookings, with a confirmation sent to the customer.
• Opportunities. Finish a job and move it to Job Won. That sends your customer a review request. If you do nothing else in the app, do this.
