Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Changes since November 2, 2026. One change: section 4 now names DataForSEO, an alternate provider for the website speed test. Nothing else in this policy has changed.

SwitchPoint Agency LLC (“SwitchPoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at getswitchpoint.com and installs AI-powered front-office tools for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, run a free AI audit, or buy and use our services; why we collect it; who processes it on our behalf; how long we keep it; and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Free AI Audit. When you request an audit you give us your business name, city, state and primary service, and, to receive the report, your email address. We then look up your business's public listing and website — Google Places/Maps, Google PageSpeed Insights and the Chrome UX Report, and a scan of your site with Firecrawl — which can include the phone number, address, hours, categories and reviews your listing shows publicly. Submitting an audit creates a contact record for you and your business in our CRM (HighLevel) so we can email you the report and a few follow-up emails about your results and our service; every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link and our postal address. We do not text you about the audit unless you separately give us your mobile number and tick the text-message box.

Public lookups for your audit. To build the audit we look up public information about your business using its name, city, and state: Google Places and Google Maps (your listing, rating, review count, map location, and nearby competitors), Google PageSpeed Insights and the Chrome User Experience Report (your website’s speed), and a Firecrawl scan of the website you submit (to detect chat, booking, and contact tools). These lookups send your business name, location, and website address to those providers. The finished report is stored under a private, unlisted link so we can walk through it with you.

Checkout intake. After you purchase a plan we ask for your business name, industry, website address (or that you do not have one), main business phone, business city and state, Google Business Profile status, what is costing you the most, your weekly call volume, and optional notes. If you check the SMS consent box under the phone field, we record that choice and the time you made it.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details, card details, and a contact phone number under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store full card numbers. The phone number Stripe collects is kept as an account contact only; it is not used for text messaging.

Setup-call booking. When you book your setup call through the embedded calendar, the details you enter there (name, email, phone, and the time you choose) go into our CRM.

Direct communications. Anything you send us by email, phone, or text message.

Collected automatically. Our server records your IP address and standard request details (browser type, page requested, time). We use them to limit request rates, prevent abuse, and run the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check on the audit form. On your first visit your browser keeps the page you landed on, the referring site, the time, and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or an ad click id) in its own local storage, and sends them with any form you submit so we know how you found us; they stay in your browser until you clear its site data. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set first-party cookies. Components we embed from other providers (the Stripe payment form, the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, and the booking calendar) may set their own cookies under their own policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you check one or both of the two separate SMS consent boxes at checkout (one for non-marketing messages, one for marketing messages), we may send you text messages about your account, appointment confirmations, service updates, and follow-up communications about your setup. Marketing text messages about offers and promotions are sent only if you separately consent to them. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, text STOP to (407) 753-7558. For help, text HELP to the same number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

4. Who Processes Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and deliver our services, each of which receives only what its job needs and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy:

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect our legal rights. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Your account and its data are hosted on the HighLevel platform. Calls answered by the AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed into your own account. SwitchPoint does not use your data, or your customers’ data, to train AI models.

5. AI-Answered and Recorded Calls

Calls to SwitchPoint’s business line, including the demo line on our website, may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can support, review, and improve the system. Phone lines that our clients run on SwitchPoint tools work the same way: the AI introduces itself as an AI assistant and states that the call is recorded. If you call a business that uses our tools, that business is responsible for the information collected on its line; please see its own privacy notice. The companies that process call audio and transcripts are listed under "AI and telephony providers" above.

6. Data Retention

We keep audit reports and the data collected to produce them (your form entries, the public lookups, and the report itself) for 24 months from the date the audit is created, and delete them sooner if you ask. Account, intake, and billing records are kept for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. SMS consent records are kept for as long as you are opted in and for the period needed to prove your consent afterwards.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by calling us at (407) 753-7558 or writing to us at the postal address below. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, and out of text messages at any time by texting STOP to (407) 753-7558.
