Asking for a change

← Back to client help

After launch, changes to your site's content go through our change-request form. You don't edit the site yourself; you tell us what should change, and we make the update.

What the form asks for

  • Your business name
  • Your website
  • The type of change
  • Where on the site it is
  • What it says now (required)
  • What it should say (required)

If a photo or a screenshot helps, upload it with the request.

Tips for a clear request

Under what it says now, copy the wording the site shows today. Under what it should say, write the new wording exactly the way you want it to read.

Before you send

You'll acknowledge that there's one active request at a time, and that unclear requests may be sent back with a question. Requests with numbers or superlatives you can't back up are sent back too.

What it costs

Content changes, like your hours, services, photos and about text, are free. Colors, section order, SEO details, or a promo or seasonal line are $149 per change round (Illustrative).

What the form doesn't cover

New pages, custom layouts and integrations aren't offered. Changes to legal wording, the text-message consent box, or our privacy and messaging pages are not available through this form. The page "What can't change, and why" explains the reason.
