What can't change, and why

Your business details, services, photos and about text can all change. Those are content changes, and they're free. A few things can't change.

• Custom layouts
• Integrations
• Anything touching consent, privacy or terms
• The legal line in your footer
• Your pages' registered addresses

Why

Holding these fixed keeps your site fast, compliant and cheap to run. We don't do custom layouts or new pages.

Your legal pages and text-message consent boxes are there so carriers approve your business's text messaging. You may hear it called A2P 10DLC. That's why those parts stay as they are.

What the change-request form won't take

Changes to legal wording, the text-message consent box, or the privacy and messaging pages aren't available through the change-request form. A request for one of those is outside what the Pro Site includes.

What sits in between

Some changes aren't free but are still possible: colors, section order, SEO details, or a promo or seasonal line. Those are $149 per change round (Illustrative).
